Visitor Management

At Brookfield Properties, we strive to continuously improve processes for our tenants. One of the ways we are doing so is with our visitor management system, Proxyclick. We understand the importance of creating a pleasant experience for your visitors, starting with a seamless entry into our building.

Tenants expecting visitors to the building must notify the Concierge Desk/Security using the Proxyclick system. This will allow the system to provide a QR Code as a temporary pass when your visitor checks in with a valid form of identification. This QR Code will allow the visitor access to the turnstile for elevator to your floor. Visitor passes are issued on a daily basis and automatically expire at 11:59 PM the same day. Reoccurring visitors must be noted in the Proxyclick system.

If a guest's name does not appear on the expected visitor list, the security guard will give the visitor the number to call the tenant if the visitor does not already have the tenant number and access to a courtesy phone. Security guards do not have the capability to enter names or print passes for access to any tenant space.

Visitor Access is for business guests and visitors only. Facilities, maintenance, deliveries and other service requests should not be entered into Proxyclick as Visitor Access but rather entered separately via Angus as Building Service Requests.

After-Hours Visitor Access

Any information regarding visitor access, deliveries, or construction outside business hours must be submitted via Angus no later than 3:00 PM. The Building Office informs security every night and over the weekend to notify the security guards of any activity taking place in the building.

If your notices are not received by 3:00 PM, information for that evening or the next morning may not be included in the nightly schedule. Please help us avoid any inconvenience by sending us notification of after-hours activity well in advance.
